Summary: The Dispatch Supervisor oversees the dispatch staff, organizes, implements, and manages the completion of inspection requests, encourages effective internal and external client communication, and verifies the accuracy of the field scheduling process daily, in accordance with GES standards and procedures. This is a salaried exempt position.

The Dispatch Supervisor will ensure a smooth flow of dispatch procedures and tasks, meet deadlines, and adhere to GES standards and procedures. They will mentor and guide the dispatch team, make daily decisions to maintain quality, and work closely with the field supervisor and project managers to coordinate daily field needs. They will provide necessary scheduling information and interact pleasantly with all clients and staff.
Education, Knowledge, and Skills Required or Desirable:
- Three years of clerical experience
- Prior dispatching experience preferred
