Senior Project Manager – Electrical Construction (Casino Experience Preferred)

You’ll lead complex electrical scopes from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring safety, quality, budget, and schedule alignment across all phases. This is a high‑impact position with direct influence on project success and client satisfaction.

• Lead full lifecycle management of electrical construction projects ranging from $20M–$150M+, including casinos, hotels, entertainment venues, and large commercial facilities
• Oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
• Manage subcontractors, field teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution
• Coordinate closely with general contractors, owners, and design teams to maintain alignment and resolve issues proactively
• Review drawings, specifications, RFIs, submittals, and change orders with a focus on electrical systems, low‑voltage, lighting, power distribution, and specialty systems
• Ensure compliance with NEC, local codes, safety standards, and project‑specific requirements
• Drive project meetings, progress reporting, and communication across all levels

• 3+ years of electrical construction project management experience
• Proven success managing casino, gaming, hospitality, or large entertainment projects (preferred)
• Ability to manage multiple phases and large teams in high‑pressure, schedule‑driven environments
• Excellent communication, leadership, and client‑facing skills
• Proficiency with project management software (Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, P6, etc.)
