This is a hands‑on, influential role responsible for managing day‑to‑day activities across several integrated production areas. The Operations Supervisor will play a central role in driving performance, ensuring operational discipline, elevating safety standards, and maintaining reliability across a 24/7 environment. This opportunity will appeal to an ambitious operations professional who thrives in complex, fast‑moving industrial settings and is capable of balancing broader strategic objectives with detailed execution on the ground.
The role requires a strong people leader who can develop talent, elevate team performance, and embed a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Some of the key responsibilities include:
- Leading and supporting a team through mineral processing and chemical operations
- Providing hands‑on, frontline leadership to set expectations, develop talent, and reinforce a strong culture of accountability and performance
- Monitoring production data in real time to troubleshoot issues, resolve deviations, and elevate risks as needed

- Ensuring full compliance with safety standards, environmental requirements, and HR policies while driving continuous operational improvement
The ideal candidate is a proven frontline leader with at least three years of experience in chemical, mining, or heavy industrial operations. They possess a strong working knowledge of processing systems, safety critical operations, and industrial equipment, and are comfortable providing hands on oversight across both field environments and control rooms.
This is a highly visible leadership role within an organization that is investing significantly in the future of its operations. It offers an exceptional opportunity for a driven, detail‑oriented operations leader to take ownership of high‑performing team and play a pivotal role in the company’s ongoing growth and transformation.
