Operations Supervisor

We are currently seeking to an Operations Supervisor for one of our clients operating a large-scale, high-performance industrial facility in the Western United States. Our client is an established yet rapidly evolving manufacturer whose products support a wide range of advanced technologies across multiple industrial and commercial sectors. This is a hands‑on, influential role responsible for managing day‑to‑day activities across several integrated production areas. • Coordinating with engineering, maintenance, EHS, and other cross‑functional teams to ensure smooth execution of daily and longer‑term operational plans
• Ensuring full compliance with safety standards, environmental requirements, and HR policies while driving continuous operational improvement

The ideal candidate is a proven frontline leader with at least three years of experience in chemical, mining, or heavy industrial operations. They possess a strong working knowledge of processing systems, safety critical operations, and industrial equipment, and are comfortable providing hands on oversight across both field environments and control rooms.
