The Revenue Manager is responsible for developing and executing revenue strategy to maximize profitability across The Siegel Group’s extended-stay and flexible living portfolio. This role blends analytical insights with strategic pricing, inventory management, distribution channel optimization, and forecasting to grow RevPAR, ADR, occupancy, and total revenue performance.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement revenue management strategies for nightly, weekly, and long‑stay segments to achieve financial goals and KPIs.
- Oversee pricing, inventory allocation, and yield management across properties in the Southeast region.
- Analyze historical performance, market demand, competitor activity, and booking pace to inform rate and distribution decisions.
- Produce regular forecasts, revenue reports, and executive summaries for corporate leadership.
- Optimize channel mix (direct website, OTAs, GDS, third‑party partners) to improve profitability and reduce distribution costs.
- Coordinate weekly revenue meetings with property leadership to align strategy and operational execution.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, reservations, and property teams to ensure alignment on promotions, rate strategies, and distribution plans.
- Monitor and recommend enhancements to revenue systems (RMS, PMS, channel managers, business intelligence tools).
- Support budget development and long‑range planning with actionable insights and trend analysis.
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business, Finance, Economics, or related field.
- 2-5+ years of revenue management experience in hospitality, preferably with multi‑property or extended‑stay focus.
- Strong analytical skills with comfort using RMS/PMS/CRS systems and advanced Excel.
- Ability to interpret data, forecast trends, and recommend strategic actions.
- Experience with revenue tools such as Duetto, IDeaS, RevPAR Guru, or similar.
- Experience in extended‑stay or flexible living business segments.
- Strong communication skills to influence cross‑functional teams.
