This role requires 5+ years of experience in an RCFE operations position, a relevant bachelor's degree, and proficiency in financial data interpretation. Responsibilities include ensuring communities meet budgeted occupancy, supervising Executive Directors, and maintaining high standards of care. The ideal candidate should be motivated, flexible, and able to work with minimal direction.

Competitive salary range is $185,000 - $195,000.
