The firm is positioned for continued growth and is seeking leadership to help expand market presence, strengthen operations, and support long-term strategic development.

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager / Division Manager to help lead and grow a key division within our organization.

This individual will play a critical role in:

• Leading complex ground-up and renovation projects
• Developing teams and mentoring project staff
• Strengthening internal processes and operational systems
• Contributing to corporate leadership and long-term growth strategy
• This is a leadership role with significant impact — not just a project execution position.

• Oversee teams building ground-up commercial projects from preconstruction through closeout
• Manage multiple projects and project teams simultaneously
• Drive schedule, budget, quality, and client satisfaction
• Partner with executive leadership on strategic planning and market expansion
• Support design-build coordination and preconstruction efforts
• Improve operational efficiency and team performance
• Maintain strong client and subcontractor relationships

• 10+ years of commercial construction experience
• Strong experience with ground-up commercial projects
• Design-build experience preferred
• Demonstrated leadership managing teams and developing talent
• Solid understanding of budgeting, scheduling, and contract administration
• Experience coordinating civil and site development scopes a plus

Target hire: 30–45 days

• Salary commensurate with experience
