Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Assistant Director to join our leadership team at LV Luxury Jewelers, helping to drive operational excellence and enhance the luxury client experience across our brand. This position plays a pivotal role in supporting the Director in managing daily operations, leading a high-performing team, and ensuring the highest standards of customer service, merchandising, and brand representation.
Key Responsibilities Operational Leadership- Assist in crafting and executing the strategic vision for boutique operations and overall performance
- Oversee daily management functions, ensuring alignment with brand standards and company objectives
- Analyze operational data to improve efficiency and profitability while enhancing the client experience
- Collaborate with departmental leaders to implement best practices and optimize workflow
- Assist in recruiting, training, and developing a high-performing sales team
- Foster a culture of excellence through ongoing training, coaching, and development initiatives
- Conduct regular team meetings and performance evaluations to ensure engagement and accountability
- Promote a luxury service culture that embodies the brand's commitment to excellence
- Ensure the delivery of personalized and memorable client experiences by the sales team
- Engage with clients to build relationships and gather feedback for continuous improvement
- Support the creation and implementation of sales strategies to drive revenue and market share
- Assist in setting and achieving individual and team sales targets while maintaining brand integrity
- Actively participate in client engagement, special events, and VIP appointments
- Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or a related field (preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in luxury retail, with a minimum of 2 years in a managerial or leadership role
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving store performance
- Strong leadership, coaching, and interpersonal skills with a passion for developing people
- Excellent communication skills and an entrepreneurial spirit
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data for informed decision-making
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays, to meet business needs
