. This role is ideal for a high-level leader with deep expertise in commercial
, healthcare
, and mission-critical/data center environments who can oversee a portfolio of major projects, mentor senior-level staff, and drive operational excellence. This position sits at the executive leadership level, guiding strategy, client relationships, project outcomes, and internal team development across a large and growing portfolio.

The Electrical Project Executive is responsible for overseeing multiple large-scale electrical projects, ensuring financial performance, client satisfaction, and operational alignment. This leader will work closely with senior management, project teams, and field operations to ensure profitable execution and long-term client partnerships.

• Executive Leadership & Strategy
  • Oversee a portfolio of major electrical projects ranging from $20M to $150M+ in electrical scope.
  • Build and execute project delivery strategies aligned with company goals and client expectations.
  • Partner with executive leadership to forecast revenue, workforce needs, and operational priorities.
  • Strengthen internal processes, project controls, and delivery standards across teams.
• Client & Stakeholder Management
  • Act as an executive-level liaison with owners, GCs, developers, and mission-critical clients.
  • Build long-term relationships, ensuring repeat business and exceptional service delivery.
  • Lead executive progress meetings, contract negotiations, and high-level presentations.
• Project Oversight & Financial Performance
  • Monitor project financials, cash flow, margins, and major cost drivers across all assigned projects.
  • Review and advise on complex change orders, procurement strategies, and risk mitigation plans.
  • Ensure project schedules, quality expectations, and safety standards are exceeded.
• Team Development & Mentorship
  • Lead, mentor, and develop Project Managers, Senior PMs, and Assistant PMs.
  • Support hiring and talent development initiatives to strengthen project leadership teams.
  • Provide escalation support on technical, contractual, and operational challenges.

• 15–25+ years of electrical construction experience with significant leadership responsibility.
• Proven success managing large commercial, healthcare, and mission-critical/data center projects.
• Executive presence with strong communication and client-facing abilities.
• Deep knowledge of NEC, electrical systems, design-build environments, commissioning, and critical facility requirements.
• Strong financial acumen: forecasting, margin management, risk analysis, and strategic planning.
• Experience working in a high-growth or large-scale contractor environment preferred.

• Oversight of a portfolio exceeding $100M–$300M in annual project volume.
• History of developing long-term relationships with Fortune 500, healthcare networks, or mission-critical clients.
• Experience shaping company-wide procedures, delivery frameworks, or operational standards.

• Top compensation package ($200K–$225K+ base + bonuses).
• Executive leadership role with major influence over the Dallas project market.
