The Manager Trainee works closely with the Studio Manager to set the tone and model Perspire’s mission, vision, and values. As part of the leadership team, this role is vital in motivating and supporting team members to achieve studio goals while ensuring smooth operations and excellent guest experiences.

The Manager Trainee is training to become either an Assistant Studio Manager or Studio Manager.

Responsibilities include assisting with:

• Team Management
• Member Management
• Inventory Management
• Facility Management

This role focuses on achieving sales goals through membership sales and providing a superior guest experience. It's a great opportunity for someone passionate about health and wellness, eager to contribute to a dynamic organization in the sector.

Seeking Full-Time Candidates! Must have general availability, including weekends.

Job locations include Green Valley, Summerlin, or Centennial. Training will primarily occur at Green Valley, with some shifts didates must be willing to commute.

Preferred Experience:

• Sales - 2+ years
• Customer Service - 3+ years
• Supervisory - 2+ years

Experience in a spa or health/wellness environment is a plus but not required.

Compensation includes a competitive hourly rate or salary, plus free IR Sauna Membership.

The role's responsibilities include:

• Implementing standard operating procedures with the Studio Manager
• Training and developing team members
• Promoting a positive, team-first environment
• Acting as a liaison between the Studio Manager and team
• Driving membership sales and ensuring high guest satisfaction
• Resolving guest issues with excellent customer service
• Understanding the science and benefits of IR sauna, chromotherapy, and Red Light therapy
• Managing front desk operations and inventory
