Our Client is seeking an experienced and driven Reconstruction Project Manager to lead complex restoration and reconstruction projects from initiation through completion. This role is ideal for a hands‑on project leader with strong technical expertise, a commitment to quality, and a customer‑focused approach. The Project Manager will oversee all phases of project execution while leading teams, coordinating resources, and ensuring exceptional outcomes for clients.

What you will be doing as a Reconstruction Project Manager …- Plan, mobilize, and coordinate labor, materials, and subcontractors to ensure efficient project execution
- Lead project walk‑throughs, identify risks, and enforce safety standards across all job sites
- Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and stakeholders, ensuring clear and consistent communication throughout the project lifecycle
- Conduct daily project meetings, proactively resolve issues, and manage project details to completion
- Travel as needed (by car and plane) to support active job sites; valid driver’s license required
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in property/casualty claims adjusting and/or restoration, with demonstrated project management responsibility
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills with a structured, detail‑oriented approach
