**** THE JOB:
** As a Pool Supervisor at Vdara, you’ll help lead a tranquil and refined poolside experience at this all-suite luxury resort known for its calm, non-gaming atmosphere. Through your welcoming presence and leadership, you’ll guide the recreation team while ensuring guests enjoy attentive service in a relaxing setting. By anticipating needs and taking ownership of the guest experience, you’ll create WOW moments and lasting memories that extend far beyond each stay at Vdara.
** THE STARTING RATE:** $21.00 Hourly
** THE DAY-TO-DAY:
*** Supervise the daily operations of the pool, including monitoring/meeting safety standards, service delivery, cleanliness, ambiance, work with supporting departments and meet maintenance needs
* Responsible for the hiring, coaching, issuing discipline, training, and accountability of all employees in the operation to include supporting departments
* Respond to and assist with incidents/accidents and involve security for support and completing applicable reporting; ensure departmental compliance regarding company, state/local and Health District polices, inventory control, loss prevention, Risk Management and security
* Ensure timely and professional resolution to guest and employee related challenges and/or concerns
* Participate in ongoing training, communicate company policies and objectives and support their implementation
* Ensure employee satisfaction through recognition, career development, and organizational teamwork to uphold positive morale
* Maintain efficient staffing and supply levels needed to provide superior service and maximize revenue opportunities  Implement and maintain Continuous Improvement initiatives to drive efficiency and growth
** THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
*** High School Diploma or GED required
* Must be 21 years of age or older
* 2+ Years of prior relevant experience required
* 1+ Years of prior relevant supervisory experience in pool operations or a similar F&B environment preferred
* Previous lifeguard experience preferred
