OverviewAs the Supply Chain Manager at Amazon Key, you will identify strategic initiatives and work across organizations to manage an end-to-end deployment of automation solutions to deliver fast and reliable service. You will collaborate with external and internal stakeholders to design operating plans, define requirements, develop execution plans, and deliver on-time and within budget deployment of new products.
Responsibilities- Lead cross-functional teams to manage projects from ideation to execution
- Lead strategic efforts to build and scale long-term automation solutions
- Lead operational and technology integration efforts
- Lead regular communication with stakeholders, including representation during senior leadership reviews
- Develop scalable mechanisms and standards
- Communicate goals, roles, responsibilities and desired outcomes to cross-functional project teams to gain approval and deliver project schedules
- Address barriers through problem solving and proactive coordination with stakeholders
- Manage time-constrained initiatives to meet critical business needs and ensure service requirements are met
- Escalate issues or variances in the operating plan to owners and teams, following through to resolution
- Navigate ambiguity, manage multiple project assignments concurrently in a fast-paced environment with ownership and accountability
- Travel up to 20% of the time
You will lead effective execution of new automation product deployments across Amazon sites and engage daily with multiple external vendors and internal teams (Engineering, Product, Ops, Planning, Safety, ACES) to deliver high-quality, on-time deployments and post-deployment support. This role requires managing multiple priorities to deliver products that improve safety and productivity of operations and communicating with external and internal leadership.

Basic Qualifications- 8+ years of supply chain experience
- 5+ years of program or project management experience
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
- 2+ years of driving process improvements experience
- Master's degree or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
