You’ll step into a hands‑on transformation seat as the CEO's right hand, leading the work that moves EBITDA and enterprise value across a global testing, inspection, and certification business serving a highly regulated industry.
The company was built by its founder and is now backed by a global private equity firm, with the founder‑CEO still in place. This role is focused on pricing, AI, cost efficiency, and the operating discipline needed to help a founder‑led business run like a mid‑sized PE‑backed company. This is an operating job, not a strategy deck job.
What You’ll DoAct as the CEO's right hand on value creation priorities
Lead pricing strategy and execution across the testing and certification portfolio
Build the company's AI agenda, with a focus on where AI can speed up testing, improve decision‑making, and reduce operating cost
Run cost‑efficiency programs without disrupting the work clients rely on
Mature processes, reporting, and operating rhythms so the business can operate with more institutional rigor
Partner with the deal team and board on the value creation plan, then track progress against the investment thesis
Qualifications10 to 15+ years across operations, strategy, or value creation
Ideally brings a mix of operating experience and a background in top‑tier strategy consulting or private equity
Experience in testing, inspection, and certification, or in business services and IT services where the offering is a tech‑enabled service
A track record of putting pricing, cost, and process improvements in place that translated into measurable results
Comfort working hands‑on inside a founder‑led business that is professionalizing for the first time
Genuine fluency in how AI can change a services operation
Based in the Las Vegas area, or willing to spend significant time there
