The Branch Manager owns branch performance, combining business development, operations, and team leadership. This role focuses on client growth, workforce delivery, and building a high‑performing team in a fast‑paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Drive business development, client retention, and account expansion
- Oversee recruiting, onboarding, scheduling, and placements
- Lead, coach, and develop branch staff
- Manage client relationships and resolve issues proactively
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, safety standards, and company policies
- 3+ years in staffing or workforce solutions
- 2+ years in leadership or sales
- Strong background in high‑volume staffing and client management
- Proven leadership, problem‑solving, and communication skills
- Knowledge of ATS/CRM systems and employment regulations
