Director Of Store

Schiever is recruiting for its U Express store in Pont-sur-Yonne, a store manager, on a full-time permanent contract.

Your playground:

1200m² of sales area with parking, around fifteen employees and an innovative sales concept, access to local and seasonal products. You will not just be behind a desk watching numbers scroll by. Here, we talk about a real role of captain: piloting the store, rallying the teams, ensuring economic performance and above all keeping the commercial soul that is your strength.

We are looking for a professional in the food retail sector, capable of combining management, customer focus and practical field work.

• Pilot the overall activity of the store (revenue, margins, costs, results)

• Manage and support the team on a daily basis

• Ensure the commercial quality of the aisles, especially traditional ones

• Ensure compliance with food hygiene and safety rules

• Develop commercial dynamics and customer satisfaction

• Work in tandem with the deputy director

• Accompany the store's evolution following the transition to the U Express brand

• Proven experience in food distribution

• Experience in team management

• Comfortable in a small store

• Good knowledge of traditional aisles and hygiene rules

• Field manager, human and rallying

• Sense of commerce and customer service

• Taste for challenge and the practical

• Monday to Saturday: 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM
