We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Sales Leader to lead our Immunology/Dermatology field sales team focused on launching a first-in-class product for Hidradenitis Suppurativa (HS). The Immunology Business Director (IBD) will be accountable for translating brand strategy into disciplined field execution, coaching and developing high‑performing Therapeutic Specialists, and delivering demand generation to support launch excellence and sustained growth. The ideal candidate brings deep experience in specialty markets, a passion for patient‑centric, clinical selling, and a proven ability to lead in a cross‑functional, fast‑paced environment.

This leader will foster a high‑performance, compliant, and patient‑centric culture grounded in a deep understanding of the HS patient journey and unmet needs to optimize patient access, outcomes, and overall customer experience.
Key Responsibilities Leadership & Talent Development
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Immunology Therapeutic Specialists.
- Build a culture of high performance, accountability, integrity, and compliance.
- Lead and execute regional business plans to achieve sales and performance objectives for the HS portfolio.
- Translate national strategy into clear priorities, effective call execution, strong account planning, and local market action plans.
- Provide consistent field coaching through ride‑alongs/joint calls, observation, and skill‑building.
- Identify, develop, and retain top talent and future leaders.
- Collaborate with commercial leadership to execute regional launch strategies for a new HS therapy.
- Deliver against aggressive launch and growth targets from pre‑launch through maturity.
- Analyze regional performance data to identify opportunities, optimize resources, and drive results.
- Demonstrate strong understanding of payer, reimbursement, and access dynamics, including formularies, step edits, and prior authorizations.
- Lead teams in navigating complex access and fulfillment processes in partnership within internal Market & Patient Access matrix partners.
- Support customer offices to overcome access barriers, understand benefits verification, prior authorization, bridge programs, copay assistance, and specialty pharmacy distribution.
- Provide field insights and elevate recurring access/fulfillment barriers through established channels to improve the patient experience compliantly.
- Experience with HUB services and patient support programs required.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key dermatology stakeholders and opinion leaders.
- Implement institutional and local market strategies to drive launch adoption.
- Ensure delivery of compelling, compliant, and data‑driven clinical and value messages across diverse customer audiences.
- Coach the team to build strong relationships with HS‑treating customers and key accounts (e.g., high‑volume dermatology practices, “super‑groups,” and institutional systems where applicable).
- Partner with Market Access, Medical Affairs, Marketing, and Operations to ensure alignment and execution excellence.
- Provide actionable field insights to inform strategy, messaging, local market action planning, and tactical refinement.
- Ensure all activities adhere to regulatory, legal, and company compliance standards.
- Model ethical leadership and reinforce compliance expectations across the team.
