Manager of Community Operations (Community Manager) – Las Vegas, NV

Job Type: Full-time

• Meet or exceed targeted revenue expectations by setting rent rates, managing operating expenses, and diligently monitoring aged delinquency.
• Prepare and review monthly financial reports with intuitive forecasting and a proactive plan for the financial performance of the asset.
• Coach, mentor, and inspire a team of administrative and service personnel, coordinating their activities and individual goals through tactical planning.
• Oversee the hiring process and ongoing employee performance management through courageous conversations and applicable HR processes.
• Conduct regular property inspections, propose, and own the resolution plan and execution of property enhancements.

• 3+ years people management experience.
• 3+ years operational experience in luxury multifamily setting as a Community Manager or similar title.
• Third-party management experience required.
• Stellar financial acumen with experience in processes such as, but not limited to, accruals, reclasses, and variance reporting.
• Demonstrated coaching and development ability.
• BA degree preferred or equivalent professional experience.
• Financial acumen with high proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication skills and professional presence.
• Experience using Res Man, Yardi, or similar platforms is especially desirable.
• Basic understanding of written and verbal English.

• The anticipated base pay range for this position is $80,000‑89,000 per year.
• In addition to your base pay, you will be eligible to receive bonuses based on achievement of operational metrics.
