Boutique Director - Las Vegas City Center

Summary

The Boutique Director is accountable for all aspects of the boutique including sales generation, store operations, team leadership and client development. This role manages the leadership team to meet annual sales goals, control budgets and deliver exceptional client service. The director oversees staffing, visual merchandising, events, inventory and compliance to maximize performance and profitability.

• Drive achievement of annual boutique sales goals across all product categories.
• Lead and develop department managers and sales associates to meet client development and individual sales targets.
• Ensure outstanding client service and manage in-store promotions, events and trunk shows to increase traffic and sales.
• Manage payroll, commercial expenses, headcount and staffing to maintain the boutique operating budget.
• Oversee visual merchandising, product knowledge development and coordination with Merchandising and Training teams.
• Manage operational processes including shipping & receiving, inventory, aftersales and loss prevention to protect assets and maximize service.
• Review operational reports, ensure compliance with company policies, and implement strategies to improve efficiency and profitability.

• 10+ years of boutique management experience in luxury fashion.
• Strong understanding of the luxury fashion industry and luxury clientele.
• Proven ability to develop, motivate and train leadership teams and staff.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, organization and follow-through skills.
• Ability to delegate, prioritize and manage time in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work a full-time schedule including nights, weekends and holidays and to travel as needed.
