We are a fast‑growing project management company based in Las Vegas seeking an experienced and dynamic Teamlead to join our team.

As a Teamlead you will be responsible for leading a team of project managers and ensuring the successful completion of projects within agreed timelines and budgets.

Key responsibilities include:

• Lead a team of project managers and oversee all project activities.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with team members.
• Monitor progress against project deliverables and take corrective actions as needed.
• Communicate regularly with clients to ensure their needs are met and expectations are managed.
• Conduct performance evaluations for team members and provide feedback for improvement.
• Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices within the team.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Teamlead or similar role in project management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field; PMP certification is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Experience using project‑management tools/software such as Asana or Trello.
• Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members from diverse backgrounds.
