The GM isresponsiblefor theprofitabilityofthe distribution center andmakescertainallprocessesandproceduresarefollowedefficiently. Specifically, the GM isaccountablefor sales,expense management, people management, andinventorymanagement.

• Accountfordailyexecutionofcompanydefinedprogramprocesses.
• Monitormeasurementsagainstbudget, and/ortargetsofkeyperformancemetrics.
• Reviewcostofoperations andenhanceprofitabilityof
  
  Door Center,including sales calls.
• Staff,develop, supervise, anddirectallexempt
  
  Door Centerpersonnel, andhourlyofficestaff.
• Lead Continuous Improvementeffortsat  the location.
• Overseeandverifytheaccuracyofincomingandoutgoingshipments, handling and dispositionofmerchandise, andkeepingofwarehouseinventory.
• Ensurethatcorporateprogramsregardingsafety,security,careofequipment, andfacilityareenforced;therebyguaranteeingOSHAcompliance.
• Effectchangetoachieveweeklyinventory,scrap, anddamagegoal

• High attention todetailandaccuracy.
• Abilitytoworkquicklyandaccuratelyin a fast-paced environment.
• Warehousedutiesperformedin a non-climatecontrolledenvironment.
• Manual dexterity, and hand toeyecoordinationfor operationofhand/power tools.
• Frequentstooping,bending,walking,carrying, and lifting(50-75lbs.).

• Priorwarehousemanagementexperiencerequired(minimum 3yearspreferred).
• Experienceworkingwithbudgets, P&Lstatements, and logistics.
• Experienceworkingwithexternalcustomersin aflow-throughwarehouse.
• Verbal,written,and interpersonalskillsfor sales.
• Goodsupervisory,leadership, andmotivationalskills.
• Collegeeducationorrelatedexperience.
• Valid driver'slicense.
• Mechanical aptitude/power tools.
