Store Director - Wynn

Summary

Lead and manage all store sales and operations to meet and exceed sales and profitability targets while delivering exceptional client experiences. Provide decisive, collaborative leadership to develop and inspire the team, cultivate client relationships, and drive lifetime value. Partner with regional leadership to implement commercial strategies and build influence within the store, mall, and local market.

• Lead, develop, and support store sales and operations to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
• Coach, motivate, and manage the team to deliver a best-in-class client experience and high NPS scores.
• Drive client development activity, deepen relationships, and personally manage key client accounts.
• Identify business opportunities and implement actions to grow sales across key product pillars.
• Hire, assess, and develop talent, create development plans, and use performance management and recognition to improve engagement.
• Optimize in-store hospitality and amenities to elevate the guest experience and ensure continuous sales floor presence.
• Partner with the Market Vice President and build spheres of influence within the mall and local market.

• Minimum of 7 years of sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or relevant client-related industries such as hospitality.
• Proven track record of sales generation and managing achievement of sales goals.
• Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, client tracking systems, and point-of-sale (POS) systems.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• College or university degree preferred.
