Project Manager – Product Introduction

• Direct project management activities in Global Supply Chain Operations and New Product Introductions
• Collaborate with Hardware Engineering, Global Strategic Sourcing, Global Supply and Demand Planning, Manufacturing, Operations, Procurement, Product Management, Sales, Safety, and R&D teams
• Provide leadership and direction from project inception through post-launch
• Participate in global supply chain and new product development activities
• Develop and manage project timelines to ensure timely delivery
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to determine project requirements and deliverables
• Monitor project progress and implement changes as necessary
• Communicate project status, risks, and opportunities to collaborators
• Ensure quality standards are met in project deliverables
• Identify and mitigate project risks
• Apply standard methodologies and continuous improvements in project management processes

• Demonstrated expertise in managing projects, ideally within Global Supply Chain or New Product Development
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive cross-functional teams towards common goals
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively
• Over 2 years of experience in managing projects or a similar area
• Skilled in using project management tools and software
• Strong problem-solving skills and a diligent approach
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Engineering, or a related area
• PMP certification is an advantage
• A collaborative attitude and a dedication to continuous improvement
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship
• Subject to mandatory background screening and regulatory approvals; may be required to complete a criminal background check, submit fingerprints, and obtain applicable gaming licenses or registrations
