As a Construction Project Manager at Harmon
, you will drive critical project tasks and processes to completion by leveraging independent judgment and strategic collaboration. You will manage scope, tasks, and processes on small-to-mid sized projects by working closely with internal teams and general contractors. You will collaborate and engage stakeholders at all stages of a project’s lifecycle to ensure integrity of key processes, tasks, and project schedule are upheld.

• Partner with experienced project managers, field teams, and clients over a project’s lifecycle to ensure a project is on track and profitable.
• Completing tasks to ensure regional leaders can predict, analyze, and communicate key metrics/results.
• Drive accountability to process consistency aligned with Harmon’s best practices.
• Apply technical expertise to mitigate loss and predict challenges proactively.

• Construction experience and/or knowledge applicable to the curtain wall business required
• 5+ years’ experience in project management or a related field
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, or equivalent industry experience

Salary range: $120,000/yr.

-$140.000/yr. + annual bonus opportunity
