Project Manager, Project & Program Management, Operations Management

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Project Manager to join our team in Las Vegas. As the Project Manager you will be responsible for planning, coordinating and executing projects within the given time frame and budget. This role requires an individual with strong leadership skills and the ability to work well under pressure. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in project management and be proficient in project management software.

• Plan, organize and manage all aspects of the project from start to finish.
• Develop project plans including scope, schedule, budget and resources.
• Communicate with stakeholders to ensure project goals are understood and met.
• Identify risks and develop contingency plans to minimize impact on project deliverables.
• Monitor progress of the project and make necessary adjustments to ensure timely completion.
• Prepare reports on project status, budget and risks for management review.
• Coordinate with team members to assign tasks and track progress.
• Ensure quality standards are met throughout the project lifecycle.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in project management.
• Proven track record of successfully managing projects on time and within budget.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team towards a common goal.
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
• Proficient in project management software such as Microsoft Project or Asana.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Attention to detail with strong organizational skills.
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
  
  PMP certification is a plus.

Salary for this position is $1600 per month.

This job is based in Las Vegas.
