• Set up and operate CNC lathes and mills to produce high-precision components
• Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and GD&T specifications
• Machine and measure parts to tight tolerances using micrometers, calipers, and gages
• Handle challenging materials including Inconel 718 and 422 stainless steel
• Maintain tooling, machine offsets, and quality documentation across shifts

• Minimum 5 years of CNC setup and operation experience
• Experience machining hard or exotic materials preferred (Inconel, Stainless)
• Strong understanding of geometric dimensioning & tolerancing (GD&T)
• Familiarity with Master
  
  CAM a plus
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and pass a pre-employment drug screen
