CNC OPERATOR

We are seeking a CNC Machine Operator to oversee the use of our computer numerical control machines. In this position, your primary responsibility is to set up the machine to automatically produce metal parts for our manufacturing team. You may set up the machines for milling, drilling or lathe machining. You will need experience as a CNC lathe operator or a similar machining specialist.

You must be able to read blueprints and use a caliper or micrometer to ensure all of your parts match the specifications.

• Read blueprints for needed parts
• Program the appropriate CNC to automate the production process
• Inspect the metal pieces for accuracy and uniformity
• Perform preventative maintenance on all machines
• Keep area clean and organized

• 2-3 years CNC machine or related experience
