Second-Shift Print Production Lead Format

Altitude Color Technologies is a fast-growing large-format and grand-format print manufacturer based in Las Vegas. We specialize in high-volume event, retail, and experiential graphics—and we’re expanding our second shift production team.

Shift: 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM (Monday–Friday)

Role Overview: Lead and coordinate second shift production, manage operators and finishers, ensure quality standards, hit deadlines, and maintain workflow efficiency across multiple machines and finishing departments.

• Manage daily production schedules and priorities
• Lead, train, and support operators and finishers
• Coordinate with pre-press, first shift, and management
• Ensure quality control, safety, and equipment care
• Troubleshoot production issues in real time

• Prior print production leadership experience (large or grand format preferred)
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage people, deadlines, and pressure

We are hiring operators with experience on one or more of the following:

• Colex Router
• Digitech Texas Flatbed
• HP Stitch & Kleverik Dye Sublimation
• Canon Colorado
• EFI 5-Meter 5QR Printer
• Laminators
• Graphtec Plotters

• Operate and maintain assigned equipment
• Load files, materials, and substrates accurately
• Monitor print quality and output
• Perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment

• Large-format or grand-format print experience preferred
• Ability to lift materials and stand for extended periods
• Attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship

• Sewing SEG fabric and banners
• Hemming, grommeting, trimming, and quality checks
• Assist with large-scale event graphics finishing

• Fabric Sewing or Banner Finishing Experience Preferred
• Ability to work efficiently with high-volume jobs
