Description:
This hourly associate provides production line support under the guidance of a Team Leader and Supervisor. This role will include gaining a working knowledge of all processes within the department.
- Coach team members using MPS tools such as SOS, TPM, and 5S.
- Collaborate with support teams (CI/Quality) to problem solve on a daily basis. Responsible for immediate line‑side problem solving tied to safety, quality and efficiency.
- Complete repairs as they arise.
- Fill in for team members as they briefly step away from their line position for restroom break, office visit, etc.
- Collaborate with Team Lead to conduct team member cross training and job rotation.
- Conduct periodic supply checks. Retrieve parts for the department as needed.
- Assist Team Lead with answering and problem solving Andons as needed.
- Oversee and assist with end‑of‑shift clean‑up process.
- Other duties as assigned.

- 1st shift hours:
Monday – Thursday 5:30 AM – 4:00 PM. You will normally work this shift, however may need to work on Fridays based on company needs.

- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Demonstrated experience leading or being a part of a team required.
- Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division) required.
- Experience with basic computer applications required (email, Word, etc.).
- Demonstrated experience speaking in front of small groups preferred.
- Able to multi‑task and is self‑motivated.
