THE JOBMGM Resorts is seeking a dedicated Production Supervisor - Scenic Shop to join our dynamic team. In this key role, you will oversee the daily operations of our production department, ensuring that all production activities are conducted smoothly, efficiently, and in compliance with safety and quality standards.
THE STARTING RATE: $32.00 hourly
THE DAY-TO-DAYSupervise the production team, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure optimal performance.
Monitor production processes and workflows, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing best practices.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless collaboration and timely completion of projects.
Manage staffing levels, scheduling, and resources to meet production goals while maintaining efficiency.
Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
Previous experience in a supervisory role within a production environment
High School Diploma, GED or equivalent required
2+ years of prior relevant experience in events industry, hospitality, or a related field required
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on collaboration.
Knowledge of safety protocols and quality assurance processes in a production setting.
