Converting Raw Material Warehouse Coordinator

Sofidel America, a manufacturer of tissue products focused on operational excellence, quality, and continuous improvement, is seeking a Converting Raw Material Warehouse Coordinator. The role supports raw material activities within converting and warehouse operations through strong coordination, inventory control, and collaboration with cross‑functional teams.

• Coordinate daily movement of raw materials from warehouse storage to converting production lines.
• Ensure raw materials are staged and delivered to production in alignment with production schedules.
• Monitor raw material inventory levels and ensure accuracy within inventory systems.
• Complete inventory transactions including receipts, issues, and transfers.
• Support and participate in cycle counts and physical inventories.
• Investigate and assist with resolving raw material inventory discrepancies.
• Communicate material needs, shortages, and issues with Production, Logistics, Quality, and Warehouse teams.
• Support staging and material flow to minimize downtime and production disruptions.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company procedures.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives related to material flow, inventory accuracy, and warehouse efficiency.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in warehouse operations, raw material coordination, inventory control, or manufacturing support.
• Experience in a converting or manufacturing environment preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Experience with ERP or inventory management systems preferred; SAP a plus.
• Forklift experience preferred.
