This full-time, on-site Maintenance Mechanic role is based in Las Vegas, NV. The Maintenance Mechanic is responsible for inspecting, maintaining, and repairing industrial laundry equipment, including washers, dryers, conveyors, boilers, and related mechanical systems. Day-to-day responsibilities include troubleshooting equipment issues, performing scheduled preventive maintenance, and completing corrective maintenance to minimize downtime and support production demands. The role also involves monitoring equipment performance, documenting maintenance activities, coordinating with operations and safety teams, and ensuring work is completed in accordance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.

The Maintenance Mechanic may assist with installation or modification of equipment and is expected to respond promptly to equipment failures or urgent maintenance requests.

• Strong skills in Equipment Maintenance and Industrial Maintenance for high-volume, production-oriented environments.
• Demonstrated experience in Preventive Maintenance, including scheduled inspections, lubrication, adjustments, and parts replacement.
• Proven ability in Corrective Maintenance and Maintenance & Repair, with effective troubleshooting of mechanical, pneumatic, and basic electrical issues.
• Familiarity with industrial laundry or similar processing equipment (e.g., manufacturing, food processing, distribution) is preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and maintenance documentation.
• Commitment to workplace safety, including lockout/tagout procedures and safe use of tools and equipment.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with production and operations teams.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical or vocational training in industrial maintenance, mechanics, or a related field is preferred.
• Ability to work on-site in Las Vegas, NV, with flexibility for overtime or different shifts as business needs require.
