Requirements / Responsibilities
  • Accurately package a variety of food products following strict quality and safety standards.
  • Inspect and verify product quality and packaging integrity throughout the process.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area adhering to health and safety guidelines.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and deadlines.
  • Properly label packaged goods with required information such as batch number, expiration date, and product type.
  • Conduct routine equipment checks and assist in minor maintenance activities as needed.
  • Follow all sanitation procedures to ensure compliance with food safety regulations.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in food packaging or a related manufacturing environment preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and regulations is an asset.
  • Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift moderate weights.
  • Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
  • Operate packaging machinery or perform manual packaging tasks as required.
  • Inspect raw materials and finished products to identify any defects or deviations.
  • Accurately weigh and measure product portions.
  • Assemble packaging materials and prepare products for shipment.
  • Report any issues or discrepancies to supervisors promptly.
  • Participate in ongoing training to stay current with safety and operational procedures.
