About the Company:

As a Quality Control Technician, you will be on the front line ensuring every product that reaches a customer meets the highest standards of quality, consistency, and safety. This role is hands‑on and detail‑oriented — you'll be visually inspecting products for defects, cleaning finished goods, verifying proper assembly, and confirming that all output aligns with Rove's established specifications and SOPs.
What You'll Do- Visually inspect finished cannabis products for defects, inconsistencies, or non‑conformance to specifications
- Clean and prepare products in accordance with established quality protocols
- Verify proper assembly and packaging to ensure products meet Rove's standards
- Document inspection results accurately and flag any quality concerns to the QC Supervisor
- Follow all SOPs, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements at all times
- Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout each shift
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to support production flow
- Perform repetitive inspection tasks with sustained focus and attention to detail
- Stand or sit for extended periods (up to 8+ hours) during a shift
- Perform repetitive hand and arm motions throughout the workday
- Lift up to 25 lbs as needed
- Use manual dexterity and visual acuity required for detailed inspection tasks
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to follow SOPs and written instructions
- Positive attitude and ability to work well within a team
- Prior cannabis production or manufacturing experience
- Prior quality control or inspection experience
- Willingness to learn additional production processes and be cross‑trained
- Demonstrated job stability and consistent work history
- Ability to stand or sit for extended periods (up to 8+ hours) during a shift
- Comfortable performing repetitive hand and arm motions throughout the workday
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs as needed
- Manual dexterity and visual acuity required for detailed inspection tasks
