Nexeo HR is seeking a detail-oriented Finisher to join a large-format printing services company specializing in grand format graphics, trade show and event displays, custom brand experiences, and metal fabrication. This company provides in-house design, printing, fabrication, and installation, delivering high-impact visual solutions for events and branded environments. If you have an eye for detail, enjoy hands‑on production work, and thrive in a fast‑paced manufacturing or print environment, this role is for you.

• Test fit fabric graphics onto aluminum frames
• Perform frequent standing, bending, moving, and lifting (under 30 lbs)
• Accurately use measuring tapes, rulers, and basic math
• Read and follow job tickets, work orders, and production instructions
• Conduct visual quality inspections to identify dirt or debris, grease marks or fingerprints, print defects or alignment issues
• Ensure all finished products meet quality, cleanliness, and presentation standards
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines and goals

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality control
• Ability to follow written instructions and production processes
• Comfortable working in a physical, production-based environment
• Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious
• Team-oriented with a positive attitude
• Previous experience in finishing, production, printing, manufacturing, or assembly is a plus (not required)

$18.00 per hour

Friday: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM (30‑minute paid lunch)

Saturday: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM (30‑minute paid lunch)

Sunday: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM (30‑minute paid lunch)

Additional Hours Available:

• Monday–Thursday (up to 4 hours per day) to reach a full 40‑hour workweek
