Arsenal Inc is looking for quality minded people to support our Swiss Screw Machine manufacturing efforts. We manufacture technical components for the government and the consuming public.

Day shift hours are 7:00am to 3:30am Monday thru Friday

Position Requirements:

TISIS Tornos CAM experience.
5+ years setting up multi axis, sub-spindle screw machine.
Proper implementation of wait codes to run multi spindle operations. Able to interpret prints for part inspection and use basic mechanical inspection tools such as micrometers, optical comparator, and part specific gauges for machined part inspection.
This is a captive shop with production jobs. Able to run multiple CNC machines, inspecting parts, making tool adjustments, or replacing worn tools is a normal part of this position.

If you are not familiar with Swiss Screw Machine Operations and set-up, this is not a job for you.

Self-starter and able to work with minimal supervision.

Strong attention to detail with ability to follow detailed instructions includes.

Verbal/written communication in English.

Ability to maintain a neat and organized work area while maintaining safety and quality.

Basic computer skills required for ERP consumption, routing data collection and inspection data entry.

Prerequisite of the position to complete drug screening test and background check.

The hourly payrate depends on experience.

Able to work limited overtime as needed.

Education:

High school or equivalent (Preferred)

CNC Swiss Screw Machine: 5 years (Required)
