Nexeo HR is hiring an experienced and dependable Industrial Spray Painter to join an innovative, fast-growing team in North Las Vegas! In this role, you’ll work in a professional paint booth environment, applying precise spray finishes to steel beams and structural components used in major construction and industrial projects.

We're looking for individuals with a solid background in industrial or automotive painting who take pride in craftsmanship, follow safety protocols rigorously, and are ready to hit the ground running.

• Apply high-quality spray finishes to steel beams and similar materials in a controlled booth setting
• Prepare surfaces to ensure proper adhesion and uniform paint application
• Conduct routine equipment checks, cleaning, and maintenance to ensure top performance
• Maintain a clean, organized work area while following all safety and PPE protocols

• 2–3 years of experience in industrial spray painting or auto body painting
• Strong mechanical skills and the ability to operate and maintain HVLP spray equipment
• Independent, reliable, and committed to high-performance standards
• Team-oriented with a strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Comfortable working with respirators and safety gear in a production environment

$19.00 Per Hour

Day Shift | 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM | Monday
