Hyve Solutions is looking for a detail-oriented, hands‑on, results‑driven individual with proven communication skills and a strong work ethic to work in a challenging, fast-paced, energetic environment with responsibilities that include managing all aspects of the quality control production process, fall‑out, audits and ISO; ensuring that division and departmental practices comply with company requirements; achieve stated objectives and meet current ISO standards.

• Typically manages a single department and/or shift.
• Manage the ongoing ISO compliant and cost‑effective manufacture of specific products or sub‑products.
• Prioritizes production schedules based on product introduction, equipment efficiency, and materials supply.
• Plans and administers procedures.
• Develops schedules and manpower requirements for assigned areas.
• Works on problems of diverse scope where analysis of situation or data requires evaluation of identifiable factors.
• Exercises judgment within generally defined practices/policies in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions.
• Frequently interacts with subordinate supervisors, customers, and/or functional peer group managers. May interact with senior management.
• Interactions normally involve matters between functional areas, other divisions or customers and the company.
• Assists the Manufacturing Manager to coordinate the activities of a section or department with responsibility for results in terms of costs, methods and staffing.

• Bachelor’s degree required or a minimum of 2 – 5 years of experience.

• Solid working knowledge of regulations (ISO, OSHA, employee relations, etc.).
• Advanced working knowledge of manufacturing systems.
• Solid understanding of manufacturing costs and influences.
• Has experience with HIGH product THROUGPUT environment.
• Experience in Semiconductor or Circuit board manufacturing a plus.
