Milo Live is seeking a Shop Foreman to lead and train manufacturing staff in a 40,000–50,000 sq ft facility. You will recruit, schedule, supervise daily activities, and ensure quality and safety standards are met while coordinating with management to meet customer delivery goals.
The role requires leadership, strong problem-solving, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced shop environment. Overtime and some travel may be required.
