Responsibilities
- Operate, set up, and maintain packaging equipment
- Ensure the production of finished products that meet customer and company requirements
- Adhere to health & safety and company policies at all times
- Follow safety and environmental procedures and utilize required PPE
- Conduct quality checks with honesty and integrity
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to minimize contamination risks
- High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED)
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and manuals
- Strong mathematical skills for measurement and calculations

Demonstrates proficiency in operating and maintaining packaging equipment while adhering to health and safety standards. Capable of conducting quality checks and maintaining a clean work environment to ensure product integrity.
