Why join Vegas Fastener Manufacturing?

Vegas Fastener Manufacturing produces specialty fasteners and precision-machined components for demanding applications where quality, consistency and material performance matter.

This is a hands‑on CNC setup and programming position—not a machine operator role. You’ll be responsible for developing programs, setting up CNC mills and lathes, troubleshooting machining issues and helping improve how components are produced. It is a strong opportunity for an experienced machinist who understands the complete process, from reading the drawing and selecting tooling through setup, production and final inspection.

Vegas Fastener supports customers across aerospace, defense, power generation, oil and gas, chemical processing and other industries requiring dependable components manufactured from challenging materials.

Both day and night positions are available, with a four‑day Monday-through-Thursday schedule that leaves every weekend open.

What you’ll be doing
  • Program, set up and operate CNC lathes and mills
  • Manufacture precision fastener components from engineering drawings and customer specifications
  • Develop, edit and optimize CNC programs
  • Perform complete machine setups, including tooling, fixtures and work offsets
  • Read and work with G-code and M-code
  • Troubleshoot programs, tooling and machining processes
  • Complete in-process inspections using micrometers, calipers, gauges and fixtures
  • Monitor part dimensions and make the adjustments needed to maintain quality
  • Identify opportunities to improve cycle times, tooling performance and production efficiency
  • Follow established safety, quality and production procedures
