Position Duties/Responsibilities (include but not limited to):- Serve as the primary technical resource for customers and partners at every stage of the sales cycle, from initial inquiry through post-purchase support.
- Advise partners and customers on installation plans, network topology design, and proper use of Antaira products at large scale.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system application issues on a case-by-case basis, including on-site travel when necessary to fully resolve customer issues.
- Formulate product specifications and solutions based on customers' specific application needs to support pre-sales activities.
- Collaborate with sales and engineering teams to relay field trends, customer needs, and product feedback back to the design team.
- Deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations to both technical and non-technical groups, in person and via video.
- Build out training content and hands-on product demos, and coach the internal sales/marketing team on materials before they head out for customer visits.
- Show up at industry conferences and trade shows as a face for Antaira, keeping a pulse on where the market and product landscape are heading.
- Create and maintain product demonstrations used at trade shows and training sessions.
- Fundamental understanding of Ethernet and OSI Layers 1–3.
- Understanding of the Utilities Market; PTP protocol experience preferred.
- Fundamental understanding of wireless technology.
- Willingness to present ideas and conduct training for small groups.
- 5–7 years minimum experience in IP networking (Layer 2 and Layer
3). - Industrial networking experience required.
- CCNA certification preferred.
- Fluent (written and spoken) in English;
Spanish is a plus. - Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Must be a US citizen or authorized to work in the US.
- IP networking:
Layer 2 and Layer 3 programming 5-7 years minimum
