Paint metal components and sub-assemblies in accordance with job orders, blueprints, and established specifications;
Prepare steel and aluminum surfaces by removing all visible oil, grease, soil, cutting compounds, and other soluble contaminants;
Remove loose mill scale, loose rust, and other loose foreign matter from steel surfaces to ensure proper paint adhesion and finish quality;
Operate overhead cranes and fork trucks to safely handle, move, and position product components and materials;
Perform general cleaning and prepping tasks to ready parts for painting and inspection
