• Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
• Implement and enforce shop policies and procedures to promote a positive work environment.
• Collaborate with management to develop and execute operational strategies.
• Prepare reports on production metrics and team performance for management review.

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training is a plus.
• Proven experience in a supervisory role within a shop or manufacturing environment.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills.
