The Production Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Las Vegas, NV. This position oversees daily production activities on the manufacturing floor, ensuring schedules are met, quality standards are maintained, and safety protocols are followed. The role includes coordinating production staffing and resources, monitoring equipment and materials, and resolving issues that could affect throughput or product quality. The Production Supervisor will track performance metrics, implement continuous improvement initiatives, and collaborate with operations, logistics, and quality teams to support efficient, sustainable production.

This role also involves coaching and developing team members, conducting regular communication huddles, and enforcing company policies and procedures.

• Strong supervisory skills with experience leading production teams and managing shift performance.
• Ability to create, manage, and adjust production schedules with a focus on meeting deadlines and customer requirements.
• Experience in production planning and resource allocation to optimize labor, materials, and equipment usage.
• Effective communication skills for coordinating with cross-functional teams, reporting to management, and guiding production staff.
• Knowledge of production management principles, including quality control, safety standards, and continuous improvement practices.
• Experience in manufacturing, preferably in packaging, plastics, or related industries.
• Working understanding of lean manufacturing, 5S, or similar operational excellence methodologies is beneficial.
• Proficiency with basic computer applications and production management systems.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in operations, manufacturing, or engineering is an advantage.
• Ability to stand and move around the production floor for extended periods and to work flexible shifts as business needs require.
