Project Manager (salary 60,000 - 75,000)
The Project Manager leads client relationships and oversees internal execution while contributing creatively to marketing strategy. This role requires a strong marketing mindset, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to translate client goals into thoughtful, actionable plans.
While this role requires a creative, strategic approach to problem-solving, campaign planning, and digital marketing direction.
Key Responsibilities Client Management & Strategic Leadership- Serve as the primary point of contact for agency clients
- Lead client onboarding, discovery, and ongoing strategy conversations
- Understand client business goals and translate them into marketing strategies that drive results
- Provide strategic recommendations across social media, branding, web, and digital campaigns
- Build trust through clear communication, responsiveness, and confident leadership
- Oversee all active projects across social media, web, and digital initiatives
- Create and manage timelines, priorities, and deliverables across accounts
- Ensure deadlines are met and projects move forward efficiently
- Identify risks, scope changes, or gaps early and address them proactively
- Maintain clear documentation, next steps, and project visibility
- Provide clear direction and priorities to social, web, and creative teams
- Translate strategy into actionable guidance the team can execute efficiently
- Ask thoughtful, clarifying questions to eliminate ambiguity and reduce rework
- Ensure teams have the information, assets, and approvals needed to succeed
- Support accountability while fostering collaboration and trust
- Apply creative thinking to develop marketing approaches that align with client goals
- Collaborate with internal teams to shape campaign concepts, messaging direction, and content strategy
- Evaluate ideas and executions through both a strategic and creative lens
- Ensure marketing strategies are not only organized, but compelling and effective
- Stay informed on digital marketing trends, platform changes, and evolving best practices

- Experience guiding cross-functional teams toward shared goals
- Solid understanding of digital marketing, with emphasis on social media, branding, and web
- Background in graphic design, creative strategy, branding, or campaign development
- Experience providing creative feedback and clear direction
- Familiarity with SEO, SEM, website builds, UX strategy, or development workflows
