**** THE JOB:
** The Vice President of Marketing Strategy is responsible for developing and guiding enterprise-wide marketing strategies that drive both short- and long-term business objectives. This role partners across the Marketing organization to define strategic priorities, connect initiatives across teams, and ensure cohesive execution of the company’s marketing vision. This individual provides a holistic view of the enterprise marketing landscape, ensuring unified, data-driven strategies that strengthen brand equity and accelerate growth across all facets of Marketing.

** THE DAY-TO-DAY:
*** Lead the development and evolution of enterprise-wide marketing strategies that align with business priorities and long-term brand objectives.
* Partner across the Brand Marketing organization to help define strategic priorities, ensuring integration and consistency across all brand initiatives and customer touchpoints.
* Drive cross-functional alignment by connecting insights, data, and brand strategies into actionable marketing frameworks and roadmaps.
* Serve as a strategic advisor to Marketing leadership, providing perspective on enterprise-level planning, resource allocation, and organizational focus.
* Mentor and guide marketing leaders to elevate strategic thinking and execution across teams.
** THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
*** The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's Degree (preferred) and brings over six years of relevant experience directing and managing employees.
* They have demonstrated success in advertising, marketing, social media, or within a digital agency, hospitality, or gaming industry.
* They possess high-level marketing and operating experience in a resort casino environment with overall responsibility for profit and loss, as well as prior experience in large-scale gaming operations.
* They excel at managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven setting and thrive in collaborative environments that span organizational lines.
* They are skilled at developing and implementing company-wide initiatives that drive growth, strengthen brand performance, and enhance guest engagement.
