Overview

We’re an entrepreneurial group building an in-house &/or new start-up marketing company to serve two established brands and a growing roster of external clients. We’re investing heavily in creative, digital, and strategic marketing to take control of our message, reduce outside spend, and deliver world-class campaigns, and we need the right leader to make it happen.

This is a ground-floor role. You’ll have the autonomy to build a marketing function from scratch, develop creative strategies, and establish scalable systems to support internal and external marketing needs. Beyond managing campaigns, you’ll help us transform this team into a profit-generating business.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute multi-channel marketing strategies (digital, print, video, events)
  • Manage brand positioning, creative direction, and messaging for multiple companies
  • Build internal processes and manage external vendors, contractors, and creative partners
  • Drive social media growth, lead generation, and engagement for all brands
  • Launch new marketing products and services aimed at external clients
  • Measure performance and refine strategies based on data-driven insights
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing leadership, preferably in construction, development, or B2B industries
  • Strong grasp of digital platforms: paid ads, SEO, content marketing, and social engagement
  • Hands-on creative ability — you can think strategically and get in the weeds when needed
  • Entrepreneurial mindset: loves building from zero, thrives with autonomy, and understands profitability
  • Excellent project management skills and comfort juggling multiple brands
