We have 2 immediate openings for on-site Event Experience Associates to represent Purelogics LLC at HIMSS
26, one of the world's premier healthcare technology conferences.

If you're based in or can travel to Las Vegas and want 3 days of paid, high-visibility experience alongside global tech and healthcare professionals, this one's for you.

26 brings together thousands of healthcare innovators, technology leaders, and industry decision-makers from across the globe. As an exhibitor, Purelogics will be showcasing our AI-driven healthcare solutions and engineering capabilities — and you'll be front and center making it happen.

• You’ll be the first face people see at our booth, setting the tone, driving conversations, and keeping things running smoothly across all three days.
• Welcome attendees and represent Purelogics with warmth and confidence.
• Give a quick, engaging overview of our services (we’ll fully prepare you).
• Scan badges and capture leads to support our business development team.
• Collect business cards and manage contact information on the spot.
• Help coordinate and schedule meetings between visitors and our leadership.
• Support booth setup on arrival and teardown at close.
• Capture photos and short videos of the booth and event for our social media and marketing channels.

• You don't need a tech background; you need energy, professionalism, and the ability to connect with people naturally.
• You’ll thrive in this role if you:
• Communicate confidently and make people feel welcome instantly.
• Stay calm, organized, and focused in busy, high-traffic environments.
• Have experience in events, hospitality, retail, marketing, or any customer-facing role.
• Can commit to all three days, fully on-site and on time.
• Are comfortable using a smartphone to capture photos and short-form video.

• $100/day, paid contract for 3 days of work.
• Direct exposure to international healthcare and technology industry leaders.
• Work side-by-side with Purelogics executives and senior stakeholders.
• Tangible, resume-worthy event and brand representation experience.
• Certificate of participation.
