We are searching for a Social Media Coordinator to support the marketing operations of a hospitality company. This position is onsite on the Las Vegas Strip and starts at $25 per hour.

Responsibilities
  • Create, schedule, and publish daily social media content across key platforms (Instagram, Tik Tok, Facebook, You Tube).
  • Engage with online audiences by responding to comments, messages, and guest inquiries in a timely, brand-appropriate manner.
  • Coordinate influencer visits, communication, and deliverables to support marketing initiatives.
  • Capture onsite photo and video content to support ongoing campaigns and guest engagement.
  • Track social media analytics, trends, and performance metrics; prepare weekly engagement reports.
  • Support execution of marketing campaigns, promotions, and venue activations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate communication of event schedules, policy updates, and special activities.
  • Assist with digital content organization, including managing an archive of media assets and campaign files.
  • Support VIP and special ticket coordination for promotional and influencer activities.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as vendor coordination, invoice routing, and content calendar upkeep.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • 2+ years of experience in social media management, hospitality marketing, or digital content development.
  • Proficiency in major social platforms and analytics tools, with an understanding of audience engagement best practices.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to represent the brand effectively online.
  • Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced venue environment.
  • Experience with basic content creation tools such as Canva, Cap Cut, or Adobe Express.
  • Ability to interpret engagement data and recommend improvements to digital strategy.
  • Strong collaboration skills and willingness to support cross-team initiatives.
