The Marketing Operations Specialist supports the Marketing Director and Managers in executing high-quality campaigns across primary properties, ensuring channel coordination, accuracy, and strong guest experience delivery. This role analyzes performance, monitors trends and benchmarks, and optimizes tools, data, and processes to continuously improve marketing effectiveness and business outcomes.

• Provide channel management with required information to execute campaigns and ensure campaign information is accomplished and meets quality standards
• Analyze campaign performance, recommend and implement strategic changes in order to improve our marketing efforts
• Research marketing trends and develop ways to implement into MGM Resorts International’s business practices
• Identify and monitor internal benchmarks in relation to marketing trends and delivery standards
• Ensure marketer business requirements and needs are supported with the appropriate tools, data, application, functionality and other required resources

• 6+ months of prior relevant experience in marketing required
• Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays required
• Experience working in a similar resort setting preferred
